About the event
These monthly shows are dedicated to true musicianship and giving acclaimed artists from our thick contact book the opportunity to share their original music with an intimate music loving audience in the heart of Suffolk. The Kings Head is only a small venue so tickets to these shows are limited and these are ticket entry only shows.
East Village have, in just over a year, brought some of the UKs best emerging and award winning talent to this county - allowing for sublime and captivating live music to be showcased locally in the abundance of beautiful settings we are endowed with in this part of the country - meaning live music can be enjoyed without trips in to big cities to do so.
Come and enjoy a cosy and inimate evening at The Kings Head listening to some of the most enchanting emerging artists making waves on the UK music scene at the moment.
On the 21st June we are pleased to host a rare chance to see a VIP 'exclusive' up close and personal performance by one of our most respected and elite singer-songwriters. Jazz Morley has performed on high-profile stages including Hyde Park, The Royal Albert Hall and The Olympia in Paris. She has also supported legendary artists Rodriguez, Tom Jones, George Benson, Lisa Stansfield and, most recently, Paul Carrack. Jazz Morley’s music has been streamed more than 10 million times across Spotify and Apple Music. Receiving early support from BBC Radio 1 and 2, Jazz Morley is one the UK’s brightest unsigned talents. Elton John has championed Jazz on his Beats 1 Rocket Hour show, saying she is “representative of the future of new music”. Fearne Cotton, BBC Radio 2: “Soulful and ethereal... absolutely beautiful” Adele Roberts, BBC Radio 1: “She’s fantastic, so talented. We think she’s going to be a huge star” The Sun: “Her soul-infused electronica has prompted comparisons with Jessie Ware, Lana Del Rey and Sia” Huffington Post: “Reminiscent of the unconquerable superpower that is Adele”
